i never thought i'd get so hooked but the eggplant pizza at the japanese-italian bellini is sooooo gooood. can't recognize it on the menu? it's the pizza with the dual topping. just forego the shrimp pesto nonsense.
i had it for the first time as a reheated leftover at a friend's house. even then it was awesooome.
i'd like to know what you think if you get to try it.

and you're right- the eggplant red sauce is definitely better than the pesto. maybe i need to try it fresh..

Hmmmm...I am not sure if I will go for it..I really don't like to eat eggplant...but the pictures look great though. Bravo!
I just want to let you know that I found this place called NY Pizza Kitchen on An He Road between Dun Hua and Ren Ai just behind Dun Nan Eslite. I'm not sure if you've heard of it.
I didn't get to try the pizza though since I was there early and didn't have time to wait for it.
