armando: hi! out of the places i've tried, i'd say your best bets are Mei Kung, Patara (now renamed Grand Patio) and Thai Town. Hope that helps.

Joanh - you were right on about Mei-Kung. So glad to discover this yummy Thai place - one of the best in Taipei so far.

There is a Thai place in the corner of the red square at Ximending. It is a tiny place but they had great pad thai and pineapple fried rice.

Aww! Thai food is my favorite! But I like the ones in Malaysia, more authentic even though sometimes I can get good ones in Thai Town at Hollywood :)

Sukhothai in the Sheraton is by far the best Thai place I have been to in Taipei! Go review it tomorrow! Even better, this evening.
